Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to sell tickets?
Listing your event is free. You pay a transparent fee only when a paid ticket sells, and you can choose to pass that fee on to attendees.
Do attendees need an account to buy or to get in?
No. Attendees can check out as guests and receive QR tickets by email. They can also manage, transfer, or request refunds from a secure link without creating an account.
Can I sell tickets at the door?
Yes. You can sell printed tickets and scan QR codes at the door, and even sell last-minute tickets online during the event.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are released automatically to your connected account after your event, with a full breakdown of sales, fees, and refunds.
